We have 8 Weeks to BOOST Your Fitness & Mobility Routine

Wether you're completely new to fitness or are a seasoned fitness enthusiast, this 8 week Body Boost program will give you the benefits of a consistent workout routine along with mobility training to ensure a pain free transformation while toning and sculpting the entire body. 

As a small group of 10 we will work together to support each other in completing weekly workouts, check ins, and motivate each other using the private in app chat to stay focused during our 8 Week Body Boost training program.

With daily workouts, a sample meal plan to follow, and daily communication with your tribe and Trainer Brad, you will have endless guidance and accountability in completing each week with motivation and endurance to stay focused and reach your goals!

 

Here's What You'll Need

The Trainer Brad method focuses on both fitness AND mobility style coaching. This means you will need a few pieces of equipment to ensure you're getting exactly what you need from the 8 Week Body Boost Program

Trainer Brad Meal Plan

As an advocate for a complete 360 approach to your health goals, I put together daily habits for you to check in for based on your needs. I.e. hydration goal, step goal, meditation, and more!

Constant Contact & Check-ins

With access to my private in app group chat, we will have constant communication. Let's keep each other motivated and accountable throughout these 8 weeks by staying engaged with our small group tribe.

Wearable Accountability

The accountability is endless as you are able to sync your wearable trackers to my app. I will be able to see your steps, heart rate, exercises completed, and more!
