We have 8 Weeks to BOOST Your Fitness & Mobility Routine
Whether you're completely new to fitness or are a seasoned fitness enthusiast, this 8 Week Body Boost program will give you the benefits of a consistent workout routine along with mobility training to ensure a pain free transformation while toning and sculpting your body.
We will work together in completing weekly workouts. The workouts can be completed on your own individual schedule each day. You will follow the planned routine that will be readily available in your personal program calendar. I will be able to also monitor your activity on my end so you will always have my assistance every step of the way.
The scheduled workout for each day must be marked in the calendar as "complete" when finished so that we're able to track your progress and stay accountable each day and week. Once you have registered to reserve your spot you will be prompted to download the fitness app then from there you are all set.
Video call check ins will be scheduled weekly to make any adjustments as needed. We will also able to message through the private in app chat to check in and stay focused.
With daily workout routines, a meal plan guide to follow and daily/weekly communication we'll have endless guidance and accountability to stay focused and help you reach your goals!
Here's What You'll Need
My method focuses on both strength AND mobility. Helping you to move with greater range of motion while toning your muscle mass and improving cardio health all at once. This means you will need a few pieces of equipment to ensure you're getting exactly what you need from the program.

As an advocate for a complete 360 approach to your health goals, I put together daily habits for you to check in for based on your needs. I.e. hydration goal, step goal, meditation, and more!

Constant Contact & Check-ins
With access to my private in app group chat, we will have constant communication. Let's keep each other motivated and accountable throughout these 8 weeks by staying engaged with our small group tribe.

Wearable Accountability
The accountability is endless as you are able to sync your wearable trackers to my app. I will be able to see your steps, heart rate, exercises completed, and more!
